Our Process
One person keeps it all on track, from the first visit to the last box. We work alongside your real estate agent, attorney, senior community, and mover. Pick the package that fits, or just the parts you need.
Free in-home walkthrough
We come to the home, with family there or on the phone, and walk through every room and the belongings together. We listen first. There's no cost and no obligation.
A clear estimate
You get a written plan with how long the work will take and the price. One family member is named as the decision-maker, and nothing is added without your OK.
Photos before we start
We photograph every room and the items in it before anything is touched, so there's a clear record of how things were.
Sorting, together
Room by room, we sort into keep, sell, donate, and junk. Unsure items go to a "hold" pile so no one is rushed on the hard ones. Cash, jewelry, papers, and keepsakes we find go straight to the family.
Move coordination
When it's time to move, especially into senior living, we coordinate with trusted, licensed local moving partners and keep the day on schedule. With the Full Transition package, we also unpack and set up the new place so it feels like home on day one.
Photo updates throughout
You'll see photos before, during, and after. At the end, we walk the house with you, ready for your real estate agent if it's being listed.
Family out of town?
If your mom, dad, or grandparent lives in Metro Atlanta and you live across the country, you can still be part of every step. Photo updates and one shared plan let you see the work as it happens and follow every decision, so you can rest easy knowing your loved one is cared for and treated fairly.

Ready to Sell
Starting at $995
Everything in Sort & Move-Ready, plus getting the house ready to sell.
- Lining up lawn care, repairs, cleaning, and handymen
- Working with your real estate agent on the listing date
- Connecting you with an estate sale company or consignment shops (they sell items for you and share the proceeds) for things worth selling
- A final walkthrough of the house with you before it lists
Package 3
Full Transition
Starting at $1,495
Everything in Packages 1 and 2, plus the new home. Our most complete package.
- A floor plan of the new place, so you know what fits
- Planning the layout of each room before move day
- Unpacking and setting everything up on move-in day
- Beds made, kitchen ready, photos up, so you're comfortable on day one
Your price is confirmed in writing before we start. Starting prices are for a studio or 1‑bedroom. The final price depends on the size of the home and the amount of belongings, and it's confirmed in a written estimate after your free walkthrough. Nothing is added without your OK. The moving company, any junk hauler, contractors and cleaners, and the estate sale company (which keeps a share of what sells) bill you directly for their own work.
Just need a hand with a closet, a garage, or one room? Hourly help is $60 an hour, with a 4-hour minimum.

Common questions
Do you move our belongings?
No. We don't transport belongings. We connect you with trusted, licensed local moving partners, and you hire the mover directly. We share the plan with them, keep the schedule, and are there to direct where things go.
Who decides what to keep, give away or sell?
You and your family, always. We organize and guide. Anything you're unsure about goes in a "hold" pile, and nothing leaves the house without your OK.
What does the free consultation include?
About an hour at the home. We talk about your timeline and goals, walk through the rooms, and then send a written plan and price within 2 business days. There's no obligation.
How do estate sales and consignment work?
This is part of our Ready to Sell and Full Transition packages. We bring in established local estate sale companies and consignment shops. They set and explain their own commission directly to you. We coordinate the schedule so the sale fits your move and listing dates.
Can you help get the house ready to sell?
Yes. After the move, we coordinate the final clear-out, donation pickups, cleaners and small repairs around your real estate agent's listing date.
Our family lives out of town. Can you still help?
Yes. One family member is named as the decision-maker, and everyone gets photo updates and access to one shared plan.
Do you clear out a home after someone has passed away?
Right now we focus on helping people who are downsizing and getting homes ready to list. If you're settling a loved one's estate, call us anyway; we'll gladly point you to trusted estate sale companies and other local help.
